The Jersey City LGBTQ+ Pride Festival is more than just a single-day celebration—it is a year-round movement that champions diversity, inclusivity, and LGBTQ+ visibility.
This year’s theme was inspired by a powerful presentation given by the Honorable Stacey Abrams at the 2025 United States Association of Pride conference in Atlanta, Georgia. In her speech, she encouraged us to “Speak Up, Stand Firm, & Stay Strong.” This statement encapsulates the spirit and resilience that the community will celebrate at this milestone event. These words will inspire and uplift the community and continue advocating for equality, inclusion, and pride.
