Has awarded over 50 college scholarships totaling more than $80,000 to self-identified lesbian, gay, bisexual, or transgender graduating US High School Students based on the following achievements: a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; significant involvement in community service; and acceptance to an accredited US college or university. This is a 501(c)(3).

Metuchen PRIDE is a community driven organization devoted to advancing inclusivity and equality through programs and initiatives to foster an educated and empowered town and world. They are a growing organization with numerous initiatives focused on social engagement, youth empowerment, and community building. Currently, this is a group dedicated to Metuchen residents only.
