In 2016, the AIDS Resource Foundation for Children opened a comprehensive supportive housing program in East Orange specifically for HIV-positive gay/bisexual men ages 18-25. Services include medical and mental health, substance abuse prevention, wellness activities, and support towards independent living. In 2017, a replication home in the Atlantic City-area opened with the same mission. Project Nest takes referrals from all across the state from service organizations and self-referrals too.
